How It Works
I work closely with you at every stage to ensure your stones are handled with the highest level of care, transparency, and craftsmanship.
Step 1: Inquiry & Initial Scope
Fill out the contact form with your project details. We will connect via email so you can send clear photos of your stones to help Me define the initial scope of work.
Step 2: Tailored Contract & Shipping
You will receive a service contract outlining the estimated timeline, payment terms, and project scope. Once signed, you’ll ship your stones to the studio so they can be personally inspected.
Step 3: Design Lock-in & Crafting
Upon arrival and inspection, we will collaborate to finalize the exact cut and design. Once the design is locked in and the initial deposit is paid, the precision cutting process begins.
Step 4: Final Payment & Insured Delivery
Upon completion, you will receive photos of your finished gems. Once the final payment is processed, your securely packaged and insured stones will be shipped right back to you.
